To protect our customers' rights, all items come with a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends). Please note that this is not a trial period. If you need to request a return or exchange, please carefully review the following policies:

The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period. Items must be returned in unused condition without any signs of wear. Scratched or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure that all items, packaging, and accessories are returned intact. Missing any components may result in rejection of the return or exchange request.

Each order is eligible for one free return or exchange service.
ৎ୭
Exchanges are only accepted for defective items. If you wish to exchange for a different item or color, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fairness, please record a full unboxing video when opening your package. This helps confirm whether the item is complete or has any issues.

The video must begin with the sealed package and show the entire unboxing process.
ৎ୭
Videos that are edited, fast-forwarded, or incomplete will not be accepted as evidence.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges can only be processed within the 7-day appreciation period.

Returns or exchanges for items beyond the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Due to extended shipping times and cross-border refund complexity, international returns are not available.
